I am ever fascinated by the human form. Specifically, the way shadow and
light play against our natural structures. |
ANDERSONVILLE GUY
20 X 20 ARCHIVE PRINT
Total Prints: 25
Walking through Andersonville, Chicago. This gentleman was simply
sitting, as he is in the picture. Sad and beautiful all at once.
I asked if I could take his picture. He said “sure”. I shot it, gave him
5 bucks and thanked him for allowing me to be an asshole. He replied
“Not at all. God Bless you.”
God bless you too, Andersonville Guy.

THE NIGHT WE ELECTED HIM
20 X 20 ARCHIVE PRINT
Total Prints: 25
The Election of Barack Obama | November 4, 2010 - Grant Park, Chicago.
Verbal and physical exultation was all around me that night. But this
simple image spans the centuries between the Middle Passage, the
Underground Railroad, and the Civil Rights Movement, to the
Multi-Cultural Behemoth that elected this nation's first African
American president. |

I met Alexandra at one of my favorite haunts, Corosh - lower Wicker
Park, Chicago.
I could see the very top of this amazing tattoo. Naturally, I had to see
more!
That's all I'm sayin'. |
WET THING #1
20 X 20 ARCHIVE PRINT
Total Prints: 25
This is the start of my current preoccupation with water. Even the most
benign interaction with it, like washing our hands, can create
beautifully intricate ripples which may go unnoticed... forever.
